Benchmark Benefits coordinates the annual Health & Welfare 5500 filings with the Department of Labor for all clients required to file under the law. Additionally, we supply all client companies with complete Medicare reporting support, including provision of annual model notices to all Medicare Part D eligible members, and annual disclosures and reporting to the centers for Medicare and Medicaid services (CMS).
We also provide the annual federal CHIP notice to all Clients.
